Leadership Team

President/CEO

Terri Rodriguez serves as President/CEO of Lutheran Ministries of Mercy (LMM). Terri provides executive leadership to Filling Memorial Home of Mercy (FMHM), Luther Home of Mercy (LHM), and Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio (LSSNWO).

Terri attended Owens Community College and obtained her Associate Degree in Law Enforcement. She also attended the University of Toledo and obtained her Associate Degree in Social Work, Bachelors Degree in Human Services and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Terri obtained her State of Ohio - Licensed Nursing Home Administrators license in 2011.

Terri began her career at Luther Home of Mercy in 1989 as the Volunteer Coordinator. She was the Director of Public Relations and Development at LHM from 1990-1997. Terri was promoted to the position of Assistant Administrator of Community Ministries in 1999 and later became the Chief Operating Officer in 2009. Most recently, Terri served as Vice-President, Lutheran Ministries of Mercy – LHM.

Director of Finance

Ken Richmond serves as the Director of Finance for Lutheran Ministries of Mercy (LMM). Ken is responsible for planning, implementation and oversight of joint financial services for all of our affiliates.

Ken is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting Information Systems. Ken has earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Saginaw Valley State University. Ken has also taken courses in Health Care Administration at Colorado State University Global.

Ken has spent most of his career working in accounting and finance at financial institutions holding a variety of positions including, Operations Manager, CEO/CFO and Director of Finance. In addition, Ken spent over eight years working in Medicaid Managed care.  

Director of Facilities & Support Services

 
Sheldon Burke is the Director of Facilities & Support Services for Lutheran Ministries of Mercy. Since the age of 15, he enjoyed all aspects of construction, home improvements projects and anything related to maintenance! His previous jobs in long-term care facilities led him to our ministries in 2022.

Sheldon provides leadership to Luther Home of Mercy, Lutheran Social Services of Northwest Ohio and Filling Home of Mercy in regards to their facilities and the support services.

Since 2013, Sheldon also serves as a Firefighter with the Holgate Fire Department and as an EMT with Henry County South Joint Ambulance District. Currently, he is the EMS Squad Chief for Holgate.

Director of Information Technology

Todd Naveau is the Director of Information Technology (IT) for Lutheran Ministries of Mercy. Todd provides leadership and direction for technology services for Luther Home of Mercy, Lutheran Social Services of Northwest Ohio, and Filling Home of Mercy.

Todd graduated from Northwest State Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Business in Information Technology. He began working at Filling Homes as an IT technician in 2013. He became the Network Administrator for all of the LMM agencies in 2021.

Todd started his IT career in college as an intern at Alex Products Inc. After graduating he became an IT technician at Alex Products before coming to Filling Homes

Director of Planned Giving

Jeanette Hrovatich serves as the Director of Planned Giving for Lutheran Ministries of Mercy. She is responsible for building and stewarding relationships with our donors, churches, and financial service professionals. 
 
Jeanette attended the Ohio State University, transferring to the University of Toledo where she earned her Bachelor of Education. In addition, she has earned certifications from the Indiana School of Philanthropy, Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Council of Volunteer Administrators in various aspects of gift planning, financial stewardship, fundraising, and management. 
 
Jeanette began her career as a classroom teacher, transitioning to non-profit leadership over 30 years ago. Jeanette has served at Ronald McDonald House of Toledo, National Multiple Sclerosis Society of Northwest Ohio, United Way of Greater Toledo, Sylvania Schools Athletic Foundation, and Read for Literacy/Claire’s Day. 

Director of Human Resources

Denise Wagner serves as the Director of Human Resources for Lutheran Ministries of Mercy (LMM). Denise is responsible for the planning & implementation of LMM values and oversight of joint Human Resources programs & services for all of our affiliates.

Denise is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BS) degree in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Personnel Administration.

Denise has spent most of her career working in human resources and leadership within manufacturing & distribution environments in a variety of positions including, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Human Resources.
