Annual Meeting of Lutheran Ministries of Mercy

On March 13, 2023 Lutheran Ministries of Mercy (LMM) and our affiliates, Filling Homes, Luther Home of Mercy and Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio gathered with 115 guests for our 10th Annual Meeting, “Many Voices, One Story to celebrate more than 270 years of combined service in Northwestern Ohio.

We began our gathering with an opening prayer from LMM Board member, Pastor Juli Leyman-Guy. Board President, Chuck Winters and LMM President and CEO, Terri Rodriguez, provided inspirational reports highlighting the past year and new program opportunities for our ministries. Bishop Daniel Beaudoin, Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA) Northwestern Ohio Synod and Reverend John Rusche, representing President Kevin Wilson, Ohio District Missouri Synod made special welcoming remarks.

We also enjoyed the remarks and featured videos of all three of our affiliates. Inspirational videos highlighted the love, compassion and visions of these organizations as they serve those in our care.

Our work would not be possible without our Association of Congregations, donors and community organizations who offer their on-going financial support of our ministries all year. Recognizing them and our more than 750 employees for their dedication was a highlight of our evening.
