A Staff name is not listed in the CareTracker users list.

  1. Open Caretracker on iPad
  2. In the top right corner there is an "!" tap on it
  3. Make sure it says "Unsynced observations 0"
    1. If it has unsynced observations call IT Staff
  4. Tap on "Force Full Sync"
  5. All the correct data should now be in Caretracker if not call IT Staff
