The iPad is frozen and/or unresponsive.

To fix this, the iPad must be restarted. To do this:
1. Press and hold the Home AND Lock/Power button at the same time.

b. The Lock/Power button is located on the top-right corner of the iPad.
c. Allow up to 30 seconds for the cycle to occur.

i. If nothing happens after 30 seconds, release and try again.
