Filling Home does not currently fund a retirement program. However, employees may participate in a Filling Home sponsored tax deferred 403(b) retirement plan administered by Thrivent Financial. This plan allows employees to set aside monies for retirement on a pre-tax basis through a salary reduction agreement with Filling Home. Since this is done by way of salary reduction, an employee will receive tax savings now while setting aside monies for retirement.
