For most employees who are required to work on a holiday, Filling Home will pay those hours worked on the holiday at the worked holiday rate. Worked holiday pay is calculated at 2 ½ times the regular pay rate for most employees as long as the employee works their scheduled day before and their scheduled day after the holiday. If the employee calls off on one of these scheduled days, the holiday will be paid at the regular pay rate.
